The New Hackensack Fire Company and the New Hackensack Fire District require that all "ACTIVE STATUS” members must meet the following requirements in order to become a member.

Membership  Requirements

1) The minimum age for new applicants is 16 years of age.
2) Members must complete Firefighter 1 or Exterior Support Operations during the first year of their membership.
3) All members MUST comply with the minimum requirements for the category of membership in which they fall under.
